These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Kamil Domanski, the individual creator and owner of CurioLock ("I", "me", or "my"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app or the website.
CurioLock is an app that blocks distracting apps until you read a short article and answer a question correctly. By using the app, you agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
CurioLock does not require you to create an account or sign in. Everything the app stores - your blocked apps, reading history, and statistics - is saved locally on your device only. No data is sent to any server.
All data generated by your use of CurioLock - including your blocked app list, articles read, questions answered, and usage statistics - is stored exclusively on your device. I do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to any external server. You can delete all of it at any time by uninstalling the app.
The app includes advertisements to help support its development and maintenance. Ads may be shown based on your usage or location. I do not control the content of third-party ads and am not responsible for any issues that may arise from them.
All content in the app and on the website (including text, graphics, lessons, design, and branding) is owned by Kamil Domanski, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without permission.
CurioLock may offer different subscription plans and gift plans. The specific pricing terms applicable to your account may vary depending on promotions, the type of subscription, and the term you select at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annual).
If you choose a monthly plan, your Premium Account subscription will run from month to month and will renew automatically at the end of each monthly period. Payment for the next monthly period will be taken at that time unless you cancel your Premium Account.
Annual accounts run for twelve months from the date on which your Premium Account is activated, and your subscription will renew automatically at the end of that twelve-month period unless you choose to cancel your Premium Account.
By providing payment information to us, you agree that the payment information is valid and (1) in your name or (2) in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your subscription purchase. If you provide someone else's payment information, you agree that we may refund payment to that person if they so request and if the account is eligible for a refund under this Payment Policy. This may cause interruption to or termination of your CurioLock service.
CurioLock subscriptions offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may receive a refund by contacting our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase. After that 30-day window, we will not provide a refund. We do not prorate refunds or offer partial refunds, and we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
Please NOTE that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our Android, iPhone, or iPad applications, the sale is final, and we will not provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, especially if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful way.
CurioLock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While I do my best to keep the app working well, I cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or available.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of progress, or exposure to third-party content.

I may update these Terms occasionally. If I do, I’ll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
