This Privacy Policy describes my (referred to as "I", "Me", "My", "The Developer", "We", or "Us") policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Application refers to CurioLock, the app blocker and article reading application I provide.
• Country refers to: Poland.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
• Local Data refers to data stored exclusively on Your Device and not transmitted to any external server.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

No Personal Data Collected

CurioLock does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. There is no account creation, no sign-in, and no backend. All data the app generates - including your reading history, blocked app list, question answers, and statistics - is stored exclusively on your Device and never leaves it.

On-Device Data

The following information is stored locally on your Device solely to make the app function:

• The list of apps you have chosen to block
• Articles you have read and questions you have answered
• Your usage statistics (blocks, reads, accuracy)
• App settings such as the intervention cooldown duration

This data is never sent to me or any third party. You can clear it at any time by deleting the app from your Device.

No Data Sharing or Processing

Because CurioLock operates entirely on-device with no backend, I do not collect, process, or share any of your data. I have no access to anything stored in the app, and no third party does either.

Deleting Your Data

Since all data is stored locally on your Device, you can delete it at any time simply by deleting the CurioLock app. No data remains on any server, because none was ever sent there.

Security

Because all data is stored locally on your Device, its security depends on your Device's own security measures (passcode, biometrics, encryption). I have no ability to access, breach, or recover your data.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. If I become aware that personal data has been collected from a child under 13, I will take steps to delete that data.

The Service may contain links to external websites not operated by Me. Please review the Privacy Policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and You will be notified via email or a prominent notice within the Service.
